  • Is there a membership fee to see a doctor at IHC?
No, there is no membership fee charged and the majority of the health services provided are covered by Alberta Health and Wellness. There are some private pay services, such as physiotherapy and Chiropractor, which your private insurance or Blue Cross may cover (similar to your typical physiotherapy clinic or massage therapist). We also offer additional health services such as medical aesthetics and cosmetic medicine where there will be associated fees charged for services rendered. We also offer free consults for certain services as needed.
  • Can I see a doctor without an appointment?
Yes, we are more than happy to take walk-ins and we also offer patients the ability to book same day appointments. Wait times are dependent on the physicians on duty that day and available time slots.

  • Can I get my test results over the phone?
In order to properly comply with the Health Information Act, Imagine Health will not disclose test results over the phone.
